Hi, I’m Diane.

I live to hike. I’ve loved horses my whole life. I smile at flowers, wish I had more time for reading, enjoy chocolate every day, and feel my soul warm under the sun. I love being in nature—the mountains inspire me, the ocean calls to me, but I feel most at home in the chaparral in between.

As an integrative health and wellness coach, I help midlife women reclaim their vitality, joy, and well-being—because you deserve a life that feels vibrant, strong, and yours.

My Midlife Revolution

Health, fitness, and wellness have always been my passion. But for years, I was stuck in the cycle so many women know too well—counting calories, chasing the latest diets, and trying to “fix” my body. I thought health was about control. Now, I know it’s about something much deeper.

Everything changed in midlife. After my divorce, I set out on a journey to become the strongest, healthiest version of myself—only to find that perimenopause rewrote all the rules. And no one gave me the new rulebook.

Determined to find real answers, I dove into research, only to be met with confusion and contradiction. So, I decided to get educated. My background in coaching and training professionals (in accounting, of all things!) had already taught me that guiding others was something I loved. I pursued a B.S. in Health Sciences (Summa Cum Laude) from Arizona State University, earned my NBC-HWC license, and became a Menopause Coaching Specialist (GGS) and an Eating Freely Emotional & Binge Eating Licensed Practitioner.

Whole Woman Wellness—On Your Terms

I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, no “perfect” way to do midlife. Every woman’s journey is different, and my job is to help you find your path.

I love listening to women’s stories and helping them uncover the life they truly want to live. If you’re ready to step into your next chapter with confidence, I’m here to help.

I’m based in Napa Valley, California, but I work online—so no matter where you are, I’m here for you.
